PCI compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is an industry standard for the requirements to conduct e-commerce on your server safely and securely. Most server management providers charge extra to make your server PCI compliant, but we include it at no extra charge. We will make the necessary changes and updates to your server to be compliant with these set of requirements.

"Unlimited admin time", how is that possible?

Unlimited admin time means we do not limit the amount of work that you submit, and we do not charge based on the amount of work that you submit. Some clients submit more than others, so it all balances out. On average, most clients submit between 5 to 15 tickets per month per server.

Do you offer one-time services?

Yes, we will be more than glad to install any 3rd party software made for or used by cPanel such as Softaculous, Fantastico, Installatron, RVSkin, RVSiteBuilder, ClamAV, Mailscanner, ZendOptimizer, Ioncube, GD, Curl, Freetype, Eaccelerator, Ruby on Rails, ImageMagick, Perl modules, PostgreSQL, TomcatJSP, etc.

Is my information kept secure?
