Our Technical Department is staffed and truly available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by multiple system administrators via our state of the art helpdesk.
The time between your server going down and a reboot is crucial, that is why we monitor your server 24x7x365 in 5 minute intervals. If our monitoring system detects your server is down, we will notify your data center and request a reboot in approx. 15 minutes!
Although we strive and succeed in responding and resolving the majority of tickets in less than a few hours, we can only officially guarantee each of your technical support requests will be reviewed and responded to within 6 hours, and resolved within 24 hours. Statistically, most tickets are responded to in less than 1 hour, and completely resolved in less than 3 hours.
