As of June 2008, we currently managing & monitoring over 2,500 servers monthly. Our company currently has 14 employees in our New Jersey office, which includes our Sales and Billing staff. We do not employ any level 1 or level 2 technicians, all of our Technicians have System Administrator qualifications, and are required to have at least 3 years hands-on work experience specifically with RedHat/CentOS/Fedora Operating Systems and CPanel/WHM Control Panel. We have at least 3 system administrator technicians working per shift, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to ensure you receive the highest quality of support regardless of the time of day or day of week.
